How do I open the CSV export in Excel or Google Sheets?

Export a CSV file in Settings > Data > Export > CSV, then open it in Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets. Each row is one entry with date, time, mood rating, emotions, tags, note, and sleep.

  1. 1Export the CSV and save it to Files, iCloud Drive, or Google Drive.
  2. 2Google Sheets: File > Import > Upload, then pick the file.
  3. 3Excel: Data > From Text/CSV, pick the file, and confirm comma as the separator.
  4. 4Numbers: open the file directly.

The mood rating is a number. Use it to chart your mood by week or month, or to build your own year in pixels in a spreadsheet.
