Partly. Pixy has no medication, symptom, or cycle tracker, but you can create tags for them, such as "Headache" or "Period", and filter the calendar by tag.
Tags have no dose, severity, time, or medication reminder. For clinical tracking, an app built for it fits better, and your doctor may suggest one.
