Pixy has no in-app PIN or password. If your phone asks for one before Pixy opens, it is your phone's own app lock. Use your phone's passcode.
To remove the lock on iPhone, touch and hold the Pixy icon and choose Don't Require Face ID. On Android, move Pixy out of Private Space.

How to reset the password for Day One on macOS, iOS, or Android Access to Day One can be protected with an app-locking password (also called a passcode). Keep in mind, this password does not sync between devices.
