Pixy crashes or won't open. What can I do?

Update Pixy to the latest version, restart your phone, and make sure the phone has free storage. If Pixy shows "Your entries could not be loaded", your data is still on the device: export it from that screen and contact support.

1Update Pixy in the App Store or Google Play.
2Close Pixy fully and reopen it. Then restart your phone.
3Free up storage if your phone is almost full.
4Still failing? Send a report in Settings > Feedback > Report Bug, with your phone model and what you did before the crash.

Do not delete and reinstall Pixy without an export. Deleting the app deletes your entries.
