Pixy
Backup, Export, and New Phones

My entries are missing. How do I get them back?

Partly

First check the calendar filters: an active filter hides days. If entries are really gone, restore your latest JSON export in Settings > Data > Import. Pixy keeps no copy on a server.

  1. 1Open Filters on the calendar and tap Reset.
  2. 2If Pixy shows "Your entries could not be loaded", close and reopen the app. Your data is still on the device.
  3. 3If the message repeats, tap Export data to save a copy, then tap Contact support and include the error code.
  4. 4If you deleted Pixy or reset your phone, import your latest JSON export in Settings > Data > Import.
